loading=\"lazy\"><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that the Autenticated SMTP box is checked<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"3532\" width=\"891\" data-init-width=\"1024\" height=\"435\" data-init-height=\"500\" title=\"office365-6\" src=\"https:\/\/bizwiziq.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/office365-6-1024x500.jpg\" data-width=\"891\" data-height=\"435\" style=\"\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>If you are using more than one email address in Order Manager, you will need to do this for each mailbox you are using for SMTP. &nbsp;If this does not solve the issues with using Microsoft Office 365 smtp servers, you will need to contact Microsoft for further support or use a different email account from another provider.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Now in Order Manager, go to Configuration | System Setup and click on the Internet E-Mail Setup. &nbsp;Go to the SMTP Server Settings and enter your settings for Microsoft accounts as shown below.<em>(Replace emailname@domain.com with your email address you are using to send emails from.)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"3575\"
